If you’ve uploaded your own custom backgrounds, headers, footers, or logos, please note:

  • These design files will not transfer to HSL 3.0

  • Your site content stays safe, but your design will need to be recreated

To preserve your design, please:

  • Download all uploaded design files (backgrounds, headers, etc.)

  • Take screenshots/photos of your current layout to use as a reference

  • Without backups, you may not be able to recreate your previous look.

What do you need to know for your HSL 3.0 design?

  • Recommended header dimensions are 2500px wide by 400px tall

  • Please note that the ends of the graphic will not be visible at all times and on all devices. The most critical visual elements should be near the center of the image.

How Much Time Will It Take?

  • Template users: As little as 5–10 minutes to pick your new design

  • Custom design users: About 1 hour, depending on your setup

    • Save all design files

Once we upgrade your site, your current design will be overwritten with a default template. We will notify you when the upgrade has taken place. All functions and data will be unchanged; however, it will look different in the transition.
